Makeup lessons are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability. 

Makeup lessons will only be offered to students canceling up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Lessons must be rescheduled during the week of the missed lesson, and may only be rescheduled once. In most cases, if there are no time slots available the week of your missed lesson, you will forfeit the cost of that lesson and will not be offered a credit. Students are asked to reschedule using the confirmation email link sent to them when the appointment was booked. 

 

If I can't make a lesson, the student will be offered a makeup lesson or a credit of one lesson. 

Makeup lessons will be scheduled within 30 days in most cases. If we are unable to re-schedule within that time period, you may elect to continue trying to reschedule, or to be credited towards your next payment or lesson.

 

Payments for all students are due by the end of the month.  

 

Payments can be made at my studio or online. Payments can be made in studio by cash, check, or credit card, or via paypal/debit/credit at drumbrooklyn.com. A Paypal account is not required to pay online via credit/debit card. 

 

Weather Cancellations
Weather related absences will be refunded/credited for extreme weather events where there are widespread school cancellations and transportation is difficult. Otherwise students are expected to make every effort to attend lessons.

 

Students who are ill should not attend the lesson. I will do my best to reschedule the lesson if you or your child are ill, but there is the possibility that I will not be able to reschedule, and if so the cost of the lesson will be forfeited.
